Getting Help through the Brandeis Psychological Counseling Center
**As QRC staff members, we are always willing to walk someone down to Mailman, where the Psychological Counseling Center is located, whether it's an emergency that requires transport, you need to be seen that day, or if you just need an advocate with you while you fill out the intake form or go to an appointment. We cannot sit in appointment with you.**

On-Call hours
The PCC has on-call hours at 11am and 3pm every day
When you walk in, Lois the receptionist will ask if you need to be seen that day/ if it's an emergency. If you say yes, one of the counselors will see you in that hour. The PCC recommends coming on the earlier side (ie. 15 minutes before) if you need to talk, and if you need the QRC can call ahead to let them know you will be on your way.
The QRC is not open at 11am, but if you would like us to walk with you to the PCC, please send us an email at [email protected] and we will be happy to find someone to accompany you.
