Student Sexuality and Information Services (SSIS) is a peer counseling service promoting safer sex and sexual health at Brandeis and beyond. Located in Shapiro Campus Center, room 328, SSIS offers a safe and confidential space for counseling, as well as discounted safer sex products and referrals. The Brandeis Counseling and Rape Crisis Hotline (BCRCH) is a confidential and anonymous peer counseling resource for any student in the Brandeis community who is in need. They are counselors trained in issues relating to rape, sexual assault, pregnancy options, sexually transmitted infections, eating disorders, childhood abuse, LGBTQ, drugs and alcohol, domestic violence, suicide and self-harm, and many others.

Institutional Resources
Intercultural Center
The Intercultural Center (ICC) serves as an umbrella organization for eighteen student organizations, and provides a venue where students can learn and demonstrate social responsibility and diverse leadership; the organizations provide events that focus on issues of culture, ethnicity, and social justice. Among the ICC Staff is the Program Coordinator for Sexuality and Gender Diversity.

The Coordinator for Sexuality and Gender Diversity acts as a liaison between students, faculty, staff, and administration, working in all capacities to create a visible allied campus community. In addition, they provide the campus with important resources including the Ally Community Program.
Gender Inclusive Housing and Bathrooms
Gender inclusive housing is defined as a housing option in which two or more students may share a multiple-occupancy bedroom in mutual agreement, regardless of the students' sexes or genders. Gender inclusive housing provides housing options for students who may identify as transgender or are questioning their gender identity or do not wish to prescribe to gender classifications. Unfortunately, gender inclusive housing is not currently available to first year students. However, any student who has concerns should contact the Department of Community Living at [email protected]. Similarly, all students have access to gender inclusive bathrooms that are available in various locations around campus. [[insert bathroom locations]]
Disability Services
Disability Services and Support provides access to specific support and accommodations through the office of Academic Services that are available to all Brandeis undergraduates. Contact Disabilities Specialist Jodi Rosenblatt at [email protected].
Office of Prevention Services
The Office of Prevention Services coordinates sexual assault and power-based violence prevention efforts in the campus community; serves as an advocate for student survivors; provides confidential support services to survivors; acts as a liaison to student organizations working on sexual violence prevention and intervention; and coordinates with campus partners to ensure that University policies and practices effectively identify, prevent, and respond to sexual assault, domestic violence/partner abuse, dating violence, and stalking. Rape Crisis Center
The Rape Crisis Center is staffed by professional survivor advocate and education specialist, Julia Rickey. The Center also includes two student staff members and several student advocates who are a confidential resource that connect survivors with professional counselors and other critical campus resources. RCC Advocates provide education and training, develop and implement public service announcements, and lead other campus initiatives as needed. RCC Advocates hold office hours from Noon to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday, and are open for drop-in meetings. Students may drop-in anytime during business hours or schedule a specific appointment by calling the Center at 781-736-3371 or emailing [email protected].
Psychological Counseling Center
The Psychological Counseling Center (PCC) provides counseling for students in times of stress, and encourages them to ask for help with their most immediate concerns. All concerns are addressed with sensitivity to and respect for diversity and individuality, maintaining the strictest standards of privacy and confidentiality.
